Activities such as Paragliding, River Rafting, ATV Ride, Zipline, Ropeway, Skiing, and Snow Scooter are optional and payable directly at the activity site.
Activities are subject to weather conditions and operational availability.
Rohtang Pass
Rohtang Pass visit is not included in the package.
Entry depends on government permits, weather conditions, and NGT regulations.
Vehicle Usage
The vehicle is provided strictly as per the itinerary.
Additional sightseeing or extended usage beyond the itinerary will be chargeable.
Hotel Information
Standard check-in/check-out timings are applicable.
Room allocation is subject to hotel availability.
Similar-category hotels may be provided if the selected hotel is unavailable.
Meals
Breakfast and dinner are served at the hotel during designated meal timings.
Meals missed due to late arrival, early departure, or sightseeing schedules are non-refundable.
Personal Expenses
Expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, minibar, shopping, tips, entry tickets, camera charges, and personal purchases are not included.
Road & Weather Conditions
Sightseeing may be modified or skipped due to snowfall, landslides, traffic restrictions, road closures, or adverse weather for the safety of travelers.

Carry personal medicines and any prescribed medication.
Follow local authority guidelines and the instructions of your driver or tour representative.
Mobile Network
BSNL, Jio, Airtel, and Vi generally have good coverage in Manali, though network connectivity may be limited in remote mountain areas.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp to the TraveloChat support team.
30 days or more before the departure date: 10% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
15–29 days before the departure date: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
7–14 days before the departure date: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
3–6 days before the departure date: 75% of the total package cost will be charged.
Within 48 hours of departure or in case of No Show: 100% of the package cost will be charged.
Flight tickets, train tickets, Volvo tickets, permits, visas (if applicable), and other non-refundable bookings will be charged as per the respective supplier's cancellation policy.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after the cancellation is confirmed.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method or via bank transfer.
Important Notes
Cancellation charges may vary during peak seasons, festivals, long weekends, and special events.
In case of natural disasters, landslides, road closures, snowfall, political unrest, or any other force majeure event, TraveloChat will assist in rescheduling wherever possible, but refunds will depend on hotel, transport, and other supplier policies.
Any unused services during the trip are non-refundable.
