By booking a tour or travel package with TraveloChat, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline your rights and responsibilities.
Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the services mentioned therein.
Any services not specifically requested, confirmed, and noted on vouchers will not be rendered.
All extras (such as meals, room upgrades, personal expenses) must be paid directly to the hotels or service providers.
It is imperative that any complaints be made known to our local handling agents or representatives immediately, so corrective action can be taken at the earliest.
More than 45 days before departure – 35% of total holiday cost
30–45 days before departure – 50% of total holiday cost
15–30 days before departure – 70% of total holiday cost
7–15 days before departure – 80% of total holiday cost
7 days or less before departure – 100% of total holiday cost (no refund)
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after completion of services.
Refunds for curtailed stays require documentary proof from hotels/service providers.
Refunds are subject to approval from hotels/service providers. TraveloChat may deduct administrative fees.
No refunds for partially utilized services, no-shows, or non-refundable flight fares.
In case of visa rejection, standard cancellation policies do not apply, and refunds (if any) depend on embassy/airline policies.
TraveloChat acts solely as a tour operator and is not responsible for:
Loss, injury, or damage caused by natural calamities, fire, breakdowns, government actions, wars, civil disturbances, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Services or excursions offered by third-party providers (e.g., local guides, drivers, hotels) that are not part of your booked package. Any complaints regarding such services must be directed to the provider.
TraveloChat reserves the right to revise package prices after confirmation if affected by:
Increase in transportation costs (including fuel).
Additional taxes, duties, or fees imposed at ports/airports.
Significant fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
Increase in hotel, flight, food, or attraction charges beyond our control.
Group tours require a minimum of 25 participants. If the minimum is not met, TraveloChat may:
Reschedule the tour to another date, OR
Operate on an individual basis with a local guide instead of a full-time tour manager.
In case of coach breakdowns, we will attempt to arrange a replacement vehicle. However:
Replacement coaches may not have the same amenities.
If a major attraction is missed, only the supplier-paid amount will be refunded.
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.
TraveloChat is not responsible for visa rejections or delays.
In case of rejection, refunds are not guaranteed and depend on airline/hotel policies.
TraveloChat reserves the right to:
Refuse bookings in special circumstances.
Amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
